LHH is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Administrative Support Specialist for a contract-to-hire position. This hybrid role in Charlotte, NC, is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of the office and providing support to various departments. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and eager to learn, contributing to the overall efficiency of the workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, managing emails, and scheduling appointments.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including arranging logistics and preparing materials.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is well-organized.
  • Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
