About the position

The Administrative Support Worker at Aramark is responsible for providing essential administrative assistance to management, which includes tasks such as ordering supplies, data entry, and filing. This role requires a professional demeanor while interacting with customers, visitors, and employees, ensuring a positive experience in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative functions including distributing mail, ordering, and stocking supplies, answering phones, and greeting visitors.
  • Assist unit management with clerical tasks related to accounting, payroll, receiving, and/or human resources, including filing, data entry, and record maintenance.
  • Greet customers, clients, and employees; answer inquiries or direct calls as necessary.
  • Maintain office memos and informative postings.
  • Operate technology, systems, and software such as voicemail systems, copy/scanners, personal computers, and MS Office.

Requirements

  • Prior administrative experience preferred.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
