Responsibilities

  • Perform support functions for one or more staff in one or more functional areas.
  • Complete, organize and coordinate data, information, and activities for the functional area and cross-functional areas.
  • Compile information, write, edit, and proofread documents and reports.
  • Answer mail and phone inquiries.
  • Schedule or plan meetings and make travel arrangements.
  • Complete expense reports, file and perform data entry.
  • Maintain office inventories and supplies.
  • Prepare briefs, outlines, agendas, and presentations from publications, regulations, and documents.
  • Be responsive to internal and external customer needs.
  • Perform HR support at location.
  • Demonstrate strong commitment to safety, quality, environmental awareness, and continuous process improvement.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma, GED, or two (2) years equivalent work experience.
  • Office environment with minimal physical exertion.

Nice-to-haves

  • Detail Oriented, self starter.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • General office experience and basic operation of standard office equipment.
  • Basic knowledge of PCs and software such as Windows, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Typically more than three (3) years experience in job related function.
  • Technical certifications or associates degree may be required.
