About the position

As an Executive Assistant at Walnut Street, you will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO and contributing to the overall success of the Knowledge Hub Media team. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around providing high-level administrative support to the CEO, which includes managing schedules, organizing meetings, and ensuring that the CEO's time is utilized effectively. You will also be involved in data analysis and big data analytics, which will require you to prepare and send sales lead reports, as well as generate reports on various metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs). This role is essential in helping the CEO make informed decisions based on data-driven insights. In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will also support the Sales and Marketing teams. This includes rendering services for our clients and customers, maintaining regular communication with them, and assisting in email marketing campaigns. Your involvement in social media marketing and digital marketing initiatives will also be vital in promoting the company's services and enhancing its online presence. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Travel will be a component of this position, with expectations of approximately 1-3 trips per quarter, averaging out to about 4-12 business trips annually. These trips may vary in duration from 1 to 3 days, depending on the needs of the business and the CEO's schedule. This aspect of the role will provide you with opportunities to engage with clients and stakeholders directly, further enhancing your professional experience.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year professional work experience
  • A Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience with Salesforce.com (or similar CRM software)
