The Administrative Assistant/Event Manager role at Sexy Diva World, Inc. is a part-time position focused on supporting event management and administrative functions within a women's empowerment consulting company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating various events, managing logistics, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and a passion for empowering women.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of summits, retreats, events, and product launches.
  • Collaborate with event managers and vendors to organize logistics, including venue selection, catering, décor, and entertainment.
  • Coordinate event timelines, schedules, and budgets to ensure all deliverables are met efficiently.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining databases.
  • Assist with on-site event management, including setup, guest registration, and problem resolution.
  • Support marketing and promotional efforts for events through social media and email campaigns.
  • Provide general administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management and travel arrangements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or 5+ years of experience in a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in event planning, coordination, or administration is required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software/tools.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior experience as an event planner within a non-profit organization would be highly advantageous.
