Responsibilities

• Lead a team of clinicians in the overall management of the home health location.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to meet patient needs.
• Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations.
• Provide personalized patient care and achieve the best patient outcomes.
• Establish a new branch office and build a team in the DFW/Irvine area.

Requirements

• Valid Texas RN license
• 3 years or more of RN clinical experience
• 3 years or more of Home Health experience
• Strong working knowledge of OASIS documentation
• Proficiency with electronic medical records / EMR, Kinnser / Wellsky experience is a plus
• Home Health Clinical Leadership experience is required
