Conquest Healthcare Management LLC is seeking a full-time experienced Administrator for our El Paso Facility. The Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the overall operation of the facility, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws and regulations, and implementing effective programs and activities that enhance the quality of care provided to residents. The ideal candidate will possess a valid, unrestricted Nursing Home Administrator's license in the state and have a Bachelor's degree in Health Administration or a related field. A minimum of three years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting, such as a hospital or nursing home, is required. The Administrator will work closely with the Director of Nursing and department heads to identify key performance indicators and monitor outcomes to ensure regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction. The role involves planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the facility's programs and activities. The Administrator will also be responsible for maintaining the fiscal health of the facility, developing occupancy management strategies, and serving as the facility's representative to the public. Strong communication skills are essential, as the Administrator will need to convey information effectively to a diverse audience. The position requires the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with residents, employees, and family members through regular interactions and open communication. In addition to overseeing daily operations, the Administrator will lead management team meetings, evaluate department heads' performance, and ensure that staff members are competent in their roles. The Administrator will also be involved in budget development, financial compliance meetings, and will provide reports and recommendations to the governing board regarding the facility's operations.
