About the position
The Admissions Advisor at MyComputerCareer is responsible for guiding prospective students through the enrollment process, emphasizing the value of the institution's IT training programs. This role involves selling educational opportunities, assisting students with necessary documentation, and ensuring they understand the expectations for success in their chosen programs. The position is integral to helping students transform their futures through education in a supportive and family-like environment.
Responsibilities
- Sell the value of MyComputerCareer to prospective students through consultations and presentations.
- Assist students in obtaining required documentation for enrollment, including transcripts and identification.
- Help students secure funding through private lenders.
- Introduce new students to faculty members and key staff.
- Guide students through the onboarding process and set expectations for success in the program.
- Ensure new students complete necessary interviews and attend their first day of labs.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree preferred or a combination of education and experience.
- Significant high-performing sales experience required.
- Demonstrated experience in higher education admissions sales.
- Salesforce experience is a plus.
