As an Admissions Advisor, you will be instrumental in guiding prospective students through the enrollment process, helping them align their career aspirations with the educational programs offered. This role emphasizes a consultative, sales-oriented approach to foster interest and support throughout the enrollment journey.
Responsibilities
- Utilize a consultative, sales-oriented approach to match applicants' goals with the College's career education programs.
- Engage and follow up with prospective students to foster their interest in enrolling, providing support and accountability throughout the enrollment process.
- Present program benefits effectively in one-on-one and small group settings.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree and relevant experience.
- Tech Savvy - CRM, Student Database, Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple correspondence and present information effectively.
Nice-to-haves
- Bilingual (Preferred)
- 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office (Required)
- 3 years of experience with CRM software (Preferred)
- 3 years of customer service experience (Preferred)
