About the position
The Admissions Advisor at All's Well Health Care Services plays a crucial role in promoting the institution and assisting prospective students in achieving their academic goals. This position involves fostering a welcoming environment, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the growth and development of the campus community. The advisor will support students throughout the enrollment process, ensuring they receive the guidance and resources needed for professional success through education.
Responsibilities
- Offer support, guidance, and accountability throughout the entire enrollment process.
- Help students achieve professional success through education.
- Answer telephone inquiries and schedule appointments with prospective students.
- Make admission presentations to prospective students.
- Complete enrollment packages and give prospective students a tour of the college.
- Schedule placement exams and discuss results with applicants.
- Refer applicants to financial services.
- Follow up by telephone and correspondence for orientation, start date, uniform, and supplies.
- Develop leads to supplement general marketing.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree
- Related work experience in sales and recruitment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
- Ability to master proprietary software used to maintain student records
