- Engage and follow up with prospective students to foster their interest in enrolling, providing support and accountability throughout the enrollment process.
- Present program benefits effectively in one-on-one and small group settings.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree and relevant experience
- 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office
- 3 years of experience in customer service
- 3 years of experience with CRM software
- Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple correspondence and present information effectively.
