About the position
The Admissions Application File Reader and Evaluator (Part-Time) position at Clemson University involves reviewing and evaluating first-year undergraduate applications. This remote, part-time, and seasonal role requires a commitment of a minimum of 5 hours per week, with an average of over 10 hours per week during peak seasons, which may include weekends. Responsibilities
- Evaluates academic credentials and reviews application information of potential students in accordance with Admissions office and University procedures.
- Makes and communicates admissions decisions.
- Meets with prospective students and provides accurate information on admission and curriculum to enhance their experience with the University.
- Participates in periodic training sessions and office updates to stay current with the requirements of the position.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1 year of relevant experience in a related field.

- 2 years of experience in higher education, specifically in Admissions.
