About the position

The Admissions Associate Supervisor at US Aviation Academy is responsible for creating a welcoming environment for guests and supervising a team of Flight Student Workers. This role involves managing the lobby area, scheduling student workers, and assisting potential students through the admissions process.

Responsibilities

• Set up the lobby to welcome guests to the Academy.
• Supervise and schedule a group of 4-6 Flight Student Workers.
• Greet and seat walk-in guests or guests with appointments.
• Find an Admissions Specialist for program discussions and campus tours.
• Build out a weekly schedule for part-time flight student workers based on their training and availability.
• Check voicemails accumulated overnight.
• Answer incoming calls and assist potential students.
• Perform tasks for potential students in various stages of the admissions process.
• Schedule appointments for potential students via phone or in person.
• Send templated emails and SMS texts to potential students.
• Log activity and notes in Salesforce.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and another language.
• Customer service experience.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.
• Strong time management skills.
