Responsibilities

• Assist Undergraduate Admissions in identifying, recruiting, and enrolling new students.
• Provide customer service and support to prospective students, families, and stakeholders.
• Process applications and supporting materials, articulating admissions policies and procedures.
• Review academic credentials of applicants to make admissions decisions.
• Manage customer service inquiries via email, phone, and in person.
• Represent NC State University at high school visits, college fairs, and recruitment events.
• Conduct information sessions for prospective students and their families.
• Assist with office operations and administrative duties, including answering phone calls and greeting visitors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Ability to exercise judgment and work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively as a team member.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn management information systems.
• Ability to make accurate interpretations of academic and administrative policies.
• Flexibility to travel for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
