The Admissions Database Manager at Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy (FSHA) plays a crucial role in the management and oversight of admissions data, reporting directly to the Director of Admissions and Enrollment Management. This full-time position is integral to the admissions team, with responsibilities split evenly between data management and supporting admissions practices aimed at promoting application and enrollment. In this role, the Admissions Database Manager will build and manage the admissions database management system, oversee the application process using Blackbaud, and ensure effective data collection, management, and reporting. The position also involves carrying out recruitment efforts, which include organizing campus tours, presentations, and events both on campus and in the community. The manager will be responsible for scheduling applicant interviews, planning high school open houses, and coordinating various admissions-related events. Additionally, the role requires developing and maintaining relationships with local schools and community partners, as well as working with Student and Parent Admissions Ambassador volunteers. Evening and weekend work may be required, along with travel to local feeder schools, making flexibility a key component of this position.
