About the position

The Admissions Liaison at Dayspring Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation plays a crucial role in supporting the Admissions Coordinator to achieve facility census goals and ensure compliance with admissions procedures. This position involves providing information and tours to potential residents and their families, maintaining referral databases, and collaborating with various teams to facilitate the admissions process.

Responsibilities

• Providing facility information and tours utilizing Carespring sales process standards and tools.
• Communicating referral data to the Admissions Coordinator.
• Maintaining PCC database of referrals and outcomes.
• Maintaining sales reports and tracking census building efforts.
• Maintaining logs for completion of Carespring reports.
• Working with residents and families to determine whether the facility meets their needs.
• Collaborating with the Case Management team to ensure timely completion of verifications and precertifications while communicating responsibilities to residents and families.
• Working with department heads to organize community marketing events.
• Submitting press releases to area newspapers and coordinating special advertising with our consulting advertising firm.
• Completing all resident admission paperwork, including ensuring that the resident meets financial requirements for admission.
