Belmont Terrace Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a highly motivated Admissions/Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $70,000 per year, along with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for a limited time. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for geriatrics, making them a perfect fit for our facility. The Admissions/Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in coordinating all admissions and establishing ongoing relationships with referral sources, ultimately responsible for census development and growth. In this role, the Admissions/Marketing Coordinator will deliver census reports to pertinent personnel, review new referrals and admissions paperwork, and complete the necessary admission paperwork. They will maintain the facility's intake waiting list and be responsible for marketing the facility within the community. This includes giving tours of the facility to prospective residents, families, referral sources, and community partners. The coordinator will also coordinate advertising and marketing endeavors, tracking and analyzing their impact and outcomes. The position requires the implementation of public relations strategies designed to enhance the facility's public image, maintaining active status with the facility's credentialing vendor, and ensuring effective communication with patient families and the community. The Admissions/Marketing Coordinator will assist in coordinating the facility's services and activities with department directors, participate in facility surveys, and submit written reports to the Administrator. They will execute effective marketing strategies to attract potential customers and retain existing ones, participate in facility promotions at community events, and serve as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, the coordinator will develop, maintain, and update the facility's Marketing Plan each quarter and assist with gathering and organizing resident records.
