About the position

The Admissions/Marketing Director at Timberland Ridge Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is responsible for overseeing the admission process for new residents, ensuring a smooth transition into the facility. This role involves collaboration with various teams to assess eligibility, manage documentation, and provide support to residents and their families during the admission process. The position is crucial in maintaining the facility's high standards of care and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with central intake and case management teams to assess and determine the eligibility of potential residents.
• Coordinate and manage the admission process, including completing necessary paperwork and documentation.
• Communicate with residents and their families to provide information and support during the admission process.
• Conduct tours of our facility for prospective residents and their families.
• Ensure that all necessary medical and insurance information is collected and accurately recorded.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of state and federal regulations related to admissions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in admissions, case management, or a healthcare setting is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
