About the position

The Admissions & Marketing Director is responsible for managing the customer flow, admissions process, and marketing program for the Grey Stone Health and Rehabilitation Center. This role focuses on ensuring strong customer satisfaction, effective market penetration, and maximizing community profitability and census goals. The director will cultivate professional relationships within the local healthcare market and oversee various outreach activities to generate referrals and enhance the community's public image.

Responsibilities

• Cultivating and maintaining professional relationships in the local health care markets.
• Generating referrals for services by building relationships with hospitals, physicians, independent and assisted living facilities, and other community resources.
• Coordinating tours, admissions, insurance verifications, and pre-certifications.
• Conducting community outreach activities such as health fairs, wellness checks, and caregiver support groups.
• Making regular marketing calls and visits to referral sources to increase the number of referrals and admissions.
• Facilitating admissions decisions and ensuring a positive admission experience for customers and families.
• Providing extraordinary customer service to both external and internal customers.

Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years' experience working in a healthcare setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
