About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrated skill in writing analytical reports and proposals.
• Ability to make oral presentations to explain admission requirements.
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups of people.
• Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.

• Experience in the use of computers in admissions and processing areas, including word processing and database management.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment territories to assist in achieving enrollment goals for the university.
• Implement recruitment strategies as outlined in the Enrollment Plan and the Enrollment Management Operations Manual.
• Provide admission presentations to campus visitors during tours and events.
• Advise students and families on admission requirements, financial aid, and student life.
• Follow up with students and parents through various communication channels.
• Complete routine reports related to recruitment and enrollment projections.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and develop improved programming to achieve desired goals.
• Data enter prospective student inquiries into the database.
• Assist with campus tours and special events like Open House.
• Maintain positive relationships with high school guidance counselors and alumni.
