Responsibilities

  • Identify prospective undergraduate students and encourage them to apply and visit campus using admissions resources and lead generation tools.
  • Meet or exceed recruitment goals, application targets, and activity benchmarks through strategic efforts.
  • Represent Rochester Christian University at various events to recruit prospective students and promote awareness of programs.
  • Communicate promptly with prospective students through multiple platforms including email, phone, and social media.
  • Utilize SalesForce CRM to document and manage interactions with prospective students throughout the admissions process.
  • Maintain knowledge of undergraduate and graduate programs to assist with recruitment efforts.
  • Promote the university effectively to prospective students and community stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute RCU-sponsored recruitment events and oversee campus visits for prospective students.
  • Build relationships with community college staff to support student recruitment.
  • Develop and manage a content calendar for social media to engage prospective students.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, enrollment advising, sales, or marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to make public presentations and engage with diverse audiences.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and SalesForce HEDA is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and creative with a professional image.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of staff and faculty.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, including out-of-state travel.
