About the position
The Admissions Representative at DAVE School plays a crucial role in recruiting qualified candidates for the school's programs. This position involves engaging with prospective students, conducting interviews, and assisting with the enrollment process. The representative will work in a dynamic environment, focusing on meeting enrollment goals and maintaining effective communication with applicants.
Responsibilities
- Effectively recruit qualified candidates into the programs.
- Make phone calls to prospective students, conducting and closing interviews with prospects.
- Follow up with applicants to ensure they have every opportunity to learn the skills they desire.
- Respond to inquiries into the school in a timely manner to schedule visits and answer questions.
- Interview and qualify candidates for admission and assist with course selection and enrollment paperwork.
- Conduct follow-up with all applicants to ensure successful enrollment.
- Participate in recruitment and enrollment activities.
- Develop opportunities to identify qualified candidates through referrals and networking.
- Complete daily, weekly, run-rate activity and performance reports to be submitted to the Director.
Requirements
- Associate degree completed is required.
- Experience working in a metrics driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Visio, and Internet Browsers.
- Strong commitment to education.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and time management skills.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
