About the position
As a guest service associate at Valleyfair, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service while welcoming guests to the park. This includes interacting with guests at toll booths or the front gate, processing payments for ticket and season pass sales, and identifying and scanning different admission passes for entry. You will also be responsible for answering guest questions and providing directions, ensuring that every visitor feels valued and informed during their time at Valleyfair. - Provide exceptional guest service while welcoming guests to Valleyfair.
- Interact with guests at toll booths or front gate ticket sales.
- Utilize computers to process payment for ticket or Season Pass sales.
- Identify and scan different admission passes for entry.
- Provide answers and direction to guest questions.
- Deliver the BEST DAY experience to all park guests and teammates.

Requirements
- Minimum age requirement of 16 years old.
- Good judgment and a commitment to safety.
- Ability to work and interact with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Passion and excitement about Valleyfair.
- Ability to complete and pass required Admissions training.
- Availability to include some weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
