About the position

The Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform Delivery Lead at Accenture is a senior-level role focused on leading digital transformation initiatives for clients. This position requires expertise in architecting and implementing marketing ecosystems, particularly in relation to data and customer data platforms. The role involves overseeing technical delivery, engaging with clients to drive key decisions, and ensuring the successful implementation of Adobe RTCDP solutions. The Delivery Lead will also stay updated on technology trends and support business development efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Provide subject matter expertise on large digital transformational client initiatives that enable business value.
  • Lead client-facing meetings and workshops driving key decisions related to the marketing ecosystem, data, integrations, and activations.
  • Act as overall program lead implementing Adobe RTCDP and oversee technical delivery from strategy and roadmap planning to project mobilization and technical implementation.
  • Define and implement marketing solutions that deliver data-driven, personalized experiences.
  • Stay informed of the latest technology trends and innovations across digital capability areas such as data integration and marketing automation.
  • Provide insights on vendor platforms and technology landscape to support client transformation initiatives.
  • Assist in identifying and qualifying business development opportunities and serve as a solution advisor.
  • Support vendor relationships for Solution Platform sales and delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience developing and implementing marketing ecosystems with a focus on data and customer data platforms.
  • Adobe RT-CDP Certification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or SAP Commerce Cloud (hybris).
  • Minimum 5 years playing a key role in digital transformation initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to facilitate team and client meetings effectively.
  • Experience collaborating with Product Managers on technology roadmaps.
  • Experience in a consulting environment and/or digital agency with a track record of creativity and innovation.
  • Strong knowledge of vendor marketplace including cloud platforms, MarTech, and integration platform providers.
  • Hands-on experience in multiple web technologies or programming languages.
