About the position

The Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform Delivery Lead at Accenture is a senior-level role focused on leading digital transformation initiatives for clients. This position requires expertise in architecting and implementing marketing ecosystems, particularly in relation to data integration and customer data platforms. The role involves overseeing technical delivery, engaging with clients to drive key decisions, and ensuring the successful implementation of Adobe RTCDP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise on large digital transformational client initiatives that enable business value.
• Lead client-facing meetings and workshops to drive key decisions related to the marketing ecosystem, data, integrations, and activations.
• Act as overall program lead for implementing Adobe RTCDP and oversee technical delivery from strategy to implementation.
• Define and implement marketing solutions that deliver personalized, data-driven experiences.
• Stay informed of the latest technology trends across digital capabilities such as data integration and marketing automation.
• Provide insights on vendor platforms and technology landscape to support client transformation initiatives.
• Assist in the business development lifecycle by identifying and qualifying opportunities and serving as a solution advisor.
• Support vendor relationships for Solution Platform sales and delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience developing and implementing marketing ecosystems with a focus on data and customer data platforms.
• Adobe RT-CDP Certification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or SAP Commerce Cloud (hybris).
• Minimum 5 years in a key role for digital transformation initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Strong leadership skills, including effective facilitation of team and client meetings.
• Experience collaborating with Product Managers on technology roadmaps.
• Experience in a consulting environment or digital agency with a track record of creativity and innovation.
• Strong knowledge of the vendor marketplace including cloud platforms and MarTech providers.
• Hands-on experience in multiple web technologies or programming languages.
