The Adobe Workfront and Fusion Product Owner is responsible for designing, building, maintaining, and updating the Workfront configuration and preferences, including setup, portfolio, program, and group management, reporting oversight, custom forms, automation, user management and license allocation. If you are located in Minnetonka, MN, you will have the flexibility to work remotely, as well as work in the office as you take on some tough challenges. If you are located outside of Minnetonka, MN, you will enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the roadmap and implementation of new functionality, system expansion and optimization, and lead enterprise software integration initiatives, defining requirements as well as testing and troubleshooting (Automation, APIs, and Fusion).
  • Configure Workfront platform to meet business requirements, driving user adoption and providing work management transparency through accurate and effective reports and dashboards.
  • Analyze marketing challenges, lead requirements gathering, provide subject matter expertise, draft capability statements, and collaborate with the appropriate teams to design effective solutions.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert and educate stakeholders on platform capabilities.
  • Intake, prioritize, and lead the resolution of user issues and platform defects.
  • Partner with cross-functional leadership for user management and budget for license allocation.
  • Support day-to-day system needs and adjustments such as user management and experience, reports and dashboards, data integrity, audits, as well as user troubleshooting and support ticket tracking.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive user guides and training material to account for system and workflow standard updates.
  • Create and deliver training content for cross-functional teams on system functionality, updated features, and new processes.
  • Identify and resolve issues with the Adobe Workfront software and its integration with other software applications.
  • Review and prepare for Workfront releases, implementing new functionality and communicating new features as needed.
  • Actively participate in Enterprise Workfront Networking and Training events.

Requirements

  • Workfront Expert System Admin certification
  • Adobe Fusion certification
  • 8+ years of Workfront implementation experience for preferably large complex organizations
  • 4+ years of Experience with Workfront Fusion
  • Understanding of different Adobe Workfront personas
  • Familiarity with native connectors and other Adobe Workfront products and services
  • Experience designing and implementing integration for Workfront flows

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience integrating Adobe Asset and other Adobe AEM technology with Adobe Workfront
  • Full stack development background
