About the position

The ADP Implementation Expert will play a crucial role in the final phase of an HRIS implementation for a private equity-backed company in the industrial services sector. This position involves collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the new HR platform is operational and ready for launch, reporting directly to the Head of HR.

Responsibilities

• Manage the final phase of HRIS implementation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
• Work with external partners to prepare the new platform for go-live.
• Conduct system testing and data validation.
• Facilitate change management for multiple modules.
