About the position
The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for processing payroll for a global news company across multiple locations in Tennessee and California. This temporary position is part of a 4-6 month project, offering the opportunity to work within a supportive team in a growing organization.
Responsibilities
- Administering payroll for employees in multiple plants located across Tennessee and California
- Preparing, verifying, and processing all employee payroll-related payments
- Identifying and resolving payroll discrepancies
- Ensuring the processing and completion of all payroll data
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years of experience in payroll administration
- Experience with ADP Payroll for 100+ employees
- Knowledge of payroll laws and multistate payroll tax regulations
- Administrative duties experience
