About the position

The ADP Payroll Manager is responsible for overseeing payroll processes and managing the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payroll administration. This role involves collaboration with various departments, including Legal, Finance, HR, and Tax Authorities, to maintain compliance with payroll regulations and improve payroll operations. The position requires strong leadership skills to manage projects, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices in payroll management.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processes and payroll team as needed
• Ensure proper management of all contractual, fiscal, insurance and social security formalities relating to personnel management
• Manage the Administration of Payroll
• Assist with payroll processing, completion of projects, and payroll training
• Lead small payroll projects and meetings
• Troubleshoot and resolve payroll issues
• Participate in industrial relations meetings
• Design and implement local/regional policies in alignment with Company pay policies
• Ensure prompt and proper payment of salaries, contributions, and taxes
• Manage relations with tax authorities regarding audits and notices
• Provide opinions on pay, contributions, and fiscal aspects
• Review and analyze payroll, benefits, and tax procedures for improvements
• Ensure payroll systems reflect current employee data
• Communicate with Business lines, HR C&B, and Finance departments
• Ensure data integrity in Payroll systems
• Participate in payroll or time system implementation projects
• Handle actual payroll processing during team member vacations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 years of working experience in HR/Payroll
• 5 years of working experience with ADP and SAP
• Excellent communication skills
• Planning and organizational skills
• Fluent in English
