Responsibilities

• Provide hardware maintenance and equipment warranty tracking, follow Original Equipment Manufacturers' (OEM) warranty repair and preventive maintenance guidance and/or follow industry accepted standards for preventive maintenance on the project on-site at Headquarters to accomplish tasks
• Conduct media and inventory control responsibilities
• Perform installation, troubleshooting, preventative and remedial/corrective maintenance
• Obtain, track & perform OEM specified maintenance
• Repair faulty units or components on-site or send to a commercial repair center or the vendor if under warranty. Shall obtain, track & perform OEM specified maintenance as required for all AV Services equipment
• Use the problem resolution tracking system to document activities performed
• Acknowledge receipt of the trouble ticket, and provide an initial technical solution to the problem in the tracking system within 24 hours of receipt of a trouble ticket
• Document final problem resolution actions in the tracking system within 24 hours of completion of the job

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• CompTIA Security + certification
• Current TS/SCI Clearance
• General and specialized experience in the repair, maintenance and support of computer equipment and peripherals, such as network and standalone computer equipment and peripherals for workstations, laptops and networking equipment
• Previous experience in media and inventory control
• Experience in industry standard safety practices as applied to infrastructure installation and management
