About The Position
As an ADT Sales Representative with Real Home Security, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing top-notch security solutions to our clients. This position is primarily focused on outside sales, where you will have the opportunity to engage with potential customers through various channels, including direct marketing, online marketing, and door-to-door outreach. In this commission-only position, your earnings potential is significant, with top representatives earning over $100,000 annually in commissions. We offer a competitive pay structure, guaranteeing between $700 to $900 per sale, and you will receive your commission the very next day after installation. Additionally, we provide customized marketing materials to help you generate leads effectively. While some leads will be provided, the ideal candidate will be proactive in self-generating sales opportunities. Our supportive staff is here to assist you with both front and back-end office help, ensuring you can focus on what you do best—selling.
