ADT Security Alarm Installer Hiring Event Monday December 2nd 10am-2pm

About the position

Bulldog/ADT Security Services is seeking an experienced Residential Security Alarm Installation Technician to join our Dallas team. This role involves the installation, service, and troubleshooting of residential security alarm systems, with a focus on providing high-quality customer service and technical expertise. The position offers a generous compensation package and opportunities for advancement within the company.

Responsibilities

• Installation, service, and troubleshooting of a variety of residential security alarm systems.
• Ability to manage multiple appointments scheduled daily/weekly.
• Accurately complete ADT work orders and paperwork.
• Complete administrative tasks including shipping, invoicing, and reschedules.
• Educate customers in various system operations and maintenance.
• Upselling during the installation.

Requirements

• Strong sales background-preferred
• Experience installing Honeywell Equipment-preferred
• Excellent customer service skills with a professional approach to all aspects of the job.
• Must be proactive in completing jobs and tasks with little or no direct supervision.
• Ability to pass a required background check.
• Valid driver's license, insurance and reliable transportation.
