As a Packaging/Product Designer & Developer, you will conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and identify opportunities for product improvement. You will create detailed design specifications, including renderings and prototypes, using design software such as Rhinoceros 3D and Adobe Illustrator. Additionally, you will develop and maintain a portfolio of design work, participate in design reviews, and provide constructive feedback to colleagues. Staying current with new technologies and design trends is essential, as you will apply this knowledge to enhance product design and development. Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative products that meet customer needs and expectations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in industrial design, product design, or a related field
• Proven understanding in product design, with a focus on digital design
• Proficiency in various design software, including Rhinoceros 3D and Adobe Illustrator
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong understanding of product development and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in graphic design is a plus
• Chinese speaking is helpful but not required
• A passion for design and a commitment to creating innovative products that meet customer needs
