The role of an Adult Psychiatrist at LifeStance Health involves providing high-quality outpatient care to patients. We offer flexible work schedules, with both full-time and part-time positions available, ensuring that our psychiatrists can maintain a strong work/life balance. The position is 100% outpatient, meaning no nights, no call, and no mandatory weekends. Additionally, we provide the flexibility of telemedicine and in-person consultations, allowing our psychiatrists to cater to the needs of their patients effectively. We pride ourselves on offering generous compensation that is above market rates, with unlimited and uncapped earnings potential. Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality outpatient psychiatric care to adult patients.
  • Conduct medication management and therapy sessions as needed.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements

  • Fully licensed psychiatrist in Colorado.
  • Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC).
  • Unencumbered DEA license.
  • Experience in both medication management and therapy.
  • Must be located in Colorado and able to work in a hybrid model with some in-office presence.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with telemedicine practices.
  • Familiarity with digital health technologies.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
