Responsibilities

• Provide medication management and therapy to adult patients.
• Work in a hybrid model with both telemedicine and in-person appointments.
• Collaborate with a collegial team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Requirements

• Fully licensed to practice in Colorado.
• Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC).
• Unencumbered DEA license.
• Experience in both medication management and therapy.
