About the position

Cascadia Global Security is seeking a part-time Armed Security position for retired or previous Law Enforcement Officers or individuals with high-level customer service experience. This role is based in Houston, TX, and involves working in a high-end retail environment, focusing on customer service and safety. The position offers flexible shift options and immediate hiring, with a starting pay of $20 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Access Control
• Investigate and report maintenance and safety conditions that may endanger the client, its associates, or public safety
• Theft and vandalism deterrent
• Ensure the client, its associates, and facility personnel are provided with a safe and professional work environment
• Ensure that daily administrative documentation is always kept concise and complete
• Maintain high-level uniform attire and grooming standards while in uniform
• Perform other related duties as required

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 10 years of customer service experience
• 10 years of military experience or previous law enforcement experience
• Basic computer skills and report-writing experience
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Must be able to handle stressful situations and emergencies
• Minimum 21 years of age
