About the position
Carle Health is looking for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Advanced Cardiovascular Imaging Cardiologist to join their expanding Cardiology Division in Urbana, Illinois. This position involves working within a collaborative team of cardiologists and advanced practice nurses, providing advanced diagnostic and interventional therapies to patients with various cardiovascular conditions. The role also offers opportunities for academic engagement and research collaboration with the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced cardiovascular imaging services to patients.
- Collaborate with a team of cardiologists and advanced practice nurses in patient care activities.
- Engage in academic and clinical research opportunities with the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
- Participate in the diagnostic and interventional therapies for patients with cardiovascular ailments.
Requirements
- Fellowship training in Advanced Cardiac Imaging is required.
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Cardiovascular Imaging.
