About the position

The Advanced Inside Sales Representative at Wolters Kluwer CT Corporation is responsible for driving profitable sales growth by acquiring new corporate accounts. This hybrid role requires regular commuting to one of the company's offices and involves engaging with small to mid-sized corporations that currently do not utilize CT Corporation as their registered agent. The representative will undergo extensive training and will be expected to manage a sales pipeline, conduct prospecting calls, and improve market share within their assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Learn the full line of CT services including features, benefits, pricing, and value proposition.
  • Engage in a comprehensive training program for new hires, completing all required activities and one-on-one training.
  • Implement the sales process for CT products and services, staying informed of the prescribed sales process.
  • Manage an assigned prospect account list to support a healthy sales pipeline and maintain information in Salesforce.com.
  • Drive new business to meet sales goals through prospecting calls and follow-up communications.
  • Identify organizations using competitors as registered agents and engage at the management level to resolve business issues.
  • Manage time and resources effectively to accomplish sales goals and track activities.
  • Facilitate the implementation of CT products and services into client corporations and monitor progress.
  • Represent Wolters Kluwer by maintaining knowledge of services, industry trends, and business acumen.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a comparable discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 2 or more years of B2B commissioned sales or service experience with intangible products.
  • Demonstrated experience with a consultative sales approach and maintaining a high call volume.
  • Experience selling and presenting to all levels of an organization.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com or other comparable CRM applications.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.

Nice-to-haves

  • Working knowledge of Registered Agent, Corporate Reporting, and Business Licensing services.
  • Enterprise solution selling experience.
  • Ability to work with minimal oversight.
  • Experience within a multi-division organization with various sales channels.
  • Experience translating networking contacts into business opportunities.
  • Working knowledge of record keeping and order entry systems.
