About the position

The Systems Engineering role is a critical position that focuses on integrating the P20 propulsion system, which includes the engine, nacelle, and thrust reverser, with the airframe. This position is currently in the sustaining phase, managing over 300 engines in the field. The G7500 airframe and engines are also being developed to introduce the G8000, which will enhance capabilities. The primary responsibility of this role is to lead product improvements between GE and Bombardier, acting as a liaison to ensure that GE meets the requirements for new designs in both Part 25 and Part 33 realms. This involves coordinating priorities and worklist items among the supply chain, P20 program, and design teams, as well as leading the resolution of field problems.
