Responsibilities
- Provide scheduled patient services under the direct supervision of a physician in both hospital and clinic settings.
- Complete patient histories and physical examinations.
- Determine tentative diagnoses and order appropriate laboratory tests.
- Counsel patients and their families on health and disease.
- Participate in continuing education and training to maintain credentialing at assigned medical facilities.
- Work a flexible schedule based on business needs and operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- State Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Gastrointestinal experience preferred.
