About the position

Physique Medical Clinic is seeking a skilled and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) or Nurse Injector to join their team. This part-time, contract position focuses on delivering exceptional patient care in the field of aesthetic medicine, particularly through cosmetic procedures. The ideal candidate will have expertise in administering cosmetic injectables and a passion for enhancing patient experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive consultations with patients to assess their aesthetic concerns and goals.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and desired outcomes.
  • Administer cosmetic injectables such as neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport) and dermal fillers (Juvederm, Restylane) with precision and artistry.
  • Conduct medical assessments, including reviewing medical history and conducting physical examinations, to ensure patient safety and suitability for treatments.
  • Provide education to patients regarding treatment options, expected outcomes, and post-procedure care instructions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, documenting patient consultations, treatments administered, and follow-up appointments.
  • Collaborate with the medical spa team to uphold clinical protocols, adhere to regulatory requirements, and maintain a safe and hygienic treatment environment.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine, attending continuing education courses and training seminars as needed.
  • Foster strong relationships with patients, ensuring their satisfaction and building long-term loyalty to the practice.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of the medical spa through active participation in marketing initiatives, promotional events, and community outreach efforts.

Requirements

  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or Nurse in the state of PA.
  • Certification and/or training in cosmetic injectables, such as Botox and dermal fillers, preferred.
  • Minimum two years prior experience working in a medical spa or aesthetic practice.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and communicate effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong clinical assessment and procedural skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient safety, confidentiality, and satisfaction.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, demonstrating professionalism and integrity at all times.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and basic computer skills.
  • Passion for learning and staying current with developments in aesthetic medicine.
