About the position
The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) position at RenalCare Associates is a full-time role focused on providing comprehensive care to dialysis and chronic kidney disease (CKD) patients. The APP will work closely with a team of physicians and other providers to enhance patient outcomes through education and management of kidney-related conditions. This role emphasizes building relationships with patients and contributing to a supportive work environment that promotes professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care to dialysis and CKD patients.
- Build rapport and relationships with patients to improve outcomes.
- Educate and empower patients regarding their conditions.
- Manage CKD and related conditions to enhance quality of life.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support managed care approaches.
- Travel to satellite offices as needed.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited program for Nurse Practitioner (NP).
- Under 1 year of nursing experience is acceptable.
- Nephrology experience preferred but not required.
