About the position

The Advanced Practice Recruiter at Palm Health Resources is responsible for sourcing and screening healthcare professionals, specifically Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and CRNAs. This role is crucial in matching candidates with locum tenens and permanent positions, ensuring that both client and candidate needs are met effectively. The recruiter will work in a fast-paced environment, making numerous phone calls daily and managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Make 50+ phone calls daily to candidates and clients.
• Set up initial interviews and submit resumes for potential candidates.
• Conduct phone interviews and coordinate onsite interviews.
• Present offers to candidates and manage placements and retention.
• Match candidates to locum or permanent positions based on skills, licenses, and preferences.
• Develop and maintain a client and candidate database.
• Actively listen to understand client and candidate needs.
• Adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing recruitment environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of inside sales, recruitment, or management experience required.
• Excellent written and oral business communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple streams of work simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in healthcare recruitment is a plus.
• Familiarity with various healthcare roles and certifications.
