About the position

The Advanced Practice Recruiter at Palm Health Resources is responsible for sourcing and screening healthcare professionals, specifically Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and CRNAs. This role is crucial in matching candidates with locum tenens and permanent placement opportunities, contributing to the growth of the healthcare recruitment firm. The ideal candidate is motivated and eager to earn through a generous commission structure while working in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Make 50+ phone calls daily to potential candidates and clients.
• Set up initial interviews and submit resumes for candidates.
• Conduct phone interviews and coordinate onsite interviews.
• Present offers to candidates and manage placements and retention.
• Match candidates to locum or permanent positions based on their skills, licenses, and preferences.
• Develop and maintain a client and candidate database.
• Actively listen to understand the needs of clients and candidates.
• Adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of inside sales, recruitment, or management experience required.
• Excellent written and oral business communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple streams of work simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in healthcare recruitment.
• Familiarity with CRNA recruiting.
