About the position

Cintas is seeking an Advanced Production Manager to assist in managing the Production department at a Rental Production facility. This role involves completing a defined curriculum over 24 months to prepare the partner for leadership within the facility. Key responsibilities include managing production areas, hiring and developing teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory, managing budgets, and addressing operational issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned area of the Production department.
• Hire and develop a high-performing team.
• Monitor and manage performance metrics.
• Provide leadership and address customer service issues.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Achieve departmental goals and objectives.
• Maintain inventory and manage budget effectively.
• Analyze data using predetermined tools and methods.
• Ensure production systems and processes are functioning properly.
• Conduct knowledge management tasks to support team members.
• Review financial statements with the Plant Manager to control costs.
• Interpret data and navigate existing processes to identify solutions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.
• 3 to 5 years of management experience preferred.
• Experience supervising and directing people and resources.
