About the position

Cintas is seeking an Advanced Production Manager to assist in managing the Production department at a Rental Production facility. This role involves completing a defined curriculum of activities aimed at preparing the partner to successfully lead the facility within a 24-month timeframe. The position requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage performance, and a focus on customer satisfaction while achieving operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned area of the Production department.
• Hire and develop a high-performing team.
• Manage performance and provide leadership to the team.
• Address customer service issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Achieve operational goals and maintain inventory.
• Manage a budget and address operational issues affecting service.
• Provide input on immediate and long-range planning of location goals and objectives.
• Analyze data using predetermined tools and methods.
• Ensure all Production systems and processes are functioning properly daily.
• Monitor and update internal communications systems as needed.
• Conduct knowledge management tasks to support others.
• Review financial statements with the Plant Manager to control costs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• 3 to 5 years of management experience preferred.
• Experience supervising and directing people and resources to achieve specific results.
