Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience in IT staffing or other technical services industries.
  • Strong sales instinct and orientation, with experience in a 'team sell' environment.
  • Assertive approach to hunting new business and growing the staff augmentation practice.
  • Internally motivated with a desire to succeed.
  • Practiced and proven sales negotiation skills.
  • Excellent planning and presentation skills.
