About the position

Milliken is seeking an Advanced Web Specialist to join the Digital Team within Milliken Marketing Services. This role is focused on providing high-quality, engaging, and accurate content for the company's website using SiteCore and WordPress frameworks. The position requires collaboration with the Digital Team and business stakeholders to create SEO-compliant, mobile-responsive webpages that serve an international market. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem solver with a strong sense of urgency and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling customer-centric web experiences based on data and customer insights
• Consistently evaluate the customer journey per page and entire site
• Stay updated on the latest front-end technologies
• Implement enhancements to workflows and processes to make repeatable processes more streamlined and efficient
• Accountability for tickets assigned in Asana, communicate with the requester, and make the edits in SiteCore and WordPress
• Make updates and new development to news, blogs, and products
• Update components on pages including image and copy
• Update content on WordPress sites
• Ensure that all content is optimized for search engines and adheres to SEO best practices.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate complexities with stakeholders and team members
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with website analytics
• Familiarity with content management systems, including SiteCore CMS, WordPress and basic HTML
• Experience with project management tools, such as Asana.
