About the position

The Advancement Database Manager at Wilkes University plays a crucial role in supporting the Office of Advancement, which includes Development and Alumni & Constituent Engagement. This position is responsible for maintaining data accuracy, reporting capabilities, and quality control in data input processes, ensuring the integrity of information related to the Advancement Division's operations. The manager will assist in developing policies and procedures to meet both day-to-day and strategic needs, contributing to the university's comprehensive campaign.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main data steward for the CRM and the Advancement Division.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of information, including data input and output.
  • Oversee gift processing and acknowledgment.
  • Create and manage dashboard reporting.
  • Provide user training on CRM functionalities.
  • Develop policies and procedures to support institutional priorities.
  • Meet internal and external reporting deadlines.
  • Learn all modules of CRM Ellucian Advance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Proven track record of attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of CRM Ellucian Advance is preferred but not required.
