About the position

The Advancement Database Manager at Wilkes University plays a crucial role in supporting the Office of Advancement, which includes Development and Alumni & Constituent Engagement. This position is responsible for maintaining data accuracy, reporting capabilities, and quality control in data input processes, ensuring the integrity of information related to the Advancement Division's operations. The role involves developing policies and procedures, managing gift processing and acknowledgment, and providing user training on the CRM system.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity for the Advancement Division.
  • Conduct reporting and quality control for data input processes.
  • Serve as the main data steward for the CRM system.
  • Assist in developing policies and procedures to support institutional priorities.
  • Ensure timely processing of gifts and acknowledgments.
  • Create and manage dashboard reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide training to users on the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Proven track record of attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of CRM Ellucian Advance preferred but not required.
